Green Dog Dental & Veterinary Center welcomed the Venice community on Saturday, June 13, 2026, for its annual Adoptapalooza celebration, bringing together animal lovers, rescue organizations, local businesses, and community partners for a day dedicated to helping pets find loving homes.
Held at Green Dog's Venice location at 210 Main Street, the event attracted more than 1,000 attendees throughout the day and helped connect dozens of pets with prospective families. The event resulted in 29 onsite adoptions, with additional adoptions expected in the weeks ahead as applications are finalized. Guests enjoyed a full day of vendors, food and beverages, raffles, a silent auction, and live entertainment while supporting local rescue organizations and their mission to find loving homes for animals in need.

Guests enjoyed complimentary food and beverages provided by community partners including Tavern on Main, JuneShine, Topo Chico, Bloom, El Jefe, and other local supporters.
The event was made possible through the support of presenting sponsors Zoetis, IDEXX, and Fido Flush, along with dozens of local businesses, community partners, silent auction donors, volunteers, and participating rescue organizations.
